You will make a lot of friends too! Lest you forget, Hutchinson MN is a shopping mecca for a wide area, so the sojourners will need sustenance after they make their pilgrimage.
This is a former burger shop that has only had one owner. But this joint is waiting for you to make it a happenin’ place again. That should not be too hard, since it is located in the heart of Hutchinson MN. Also, the owner was nice enough to leave all of the equipment for you.
On top of all that (literally,) there is a nice apartment upstairs to rent out. If you prefer, you can live there, and you will never have to go out again. It has three bedrooms and a laundry.
Hutchinson MN commercial real estate opportunities like this one don’t come very often.
Vital Data:
- Foundation size is approximately 1,000 square feet
- Built in 1939
- Zero lot line
- Hutchinson MN real esate taxes are $1772

Greg, just can’t convince the sellers to move on the asking price. They keep telling me that if someone is interested they can bring an offer…what can I say? Ready to write an offer? Interested in taking anohter peek?
