Originally a private campground and KOA, then developed in 2005 into Cokato Lake RV Resort Cooperative Association. We’re proud of our well-run, beautiful resort!

Spacious treed lots, some with a deck or shed, most with a gravel pad and a nice balance of sun and shade. Included amenities ensure a summertime of fun and a place for family and friends to grow memories! Electric golf carts welcome and our 550-acre, 50+ foot deep clear Cokato Lake is known for its good fishing and excellent water sports. Spend an afternoon beached at the Sand Bar!

Whether your goal is water or sunshine, or just rest & relax-ation and camaraderie with your neighbors, Cokato Lake RV Resort is a social community less than an hour from the metro. It’s your easy-access “2nd Home” you don’t have to pack everything up and pull back home every weekend! Bring your clean clothes, a little food and beverage—you’re ready to relax! Let the staff rake the beach, clean bath-rooms, pool and fish-cleaning shack, and prepare for the upcoming weekends with family and friends! You show up!

Our Association is a Cooperative, we have an elected 5-member Board of Directors and our “Dues” are $135 per month ($1,620 per year). This covers water * sewer * trash * property taxes on land * staff payroll/benefits * running the many amenities such as pool, activities, lawn service on common areas, paving roads, building maintenance, etc.). You can be as active and involved, or stay to yourself. Our success (and fun) is the result of many members choosing to be involved, volunteering and making life long friends.
